Dr. Stuart Atkins,
a behavioral scientist, consulted with and developed
Self-improvement programs for Fortune 500 companies, small business, churches, government, hospitals and universities. He created the Life Orientations® Method, LIFO® for short, to help people improve personal effectiveness, relationships, and manage stress. This program has been used by over 8 million people and 20,000 organizations worldwide. He taught personal effectiveness, communication, leadership, and human factors in management at UCLA and the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.
